Cat6 4-Pair UTP LSZH Cable – Engineered for Safer, Smarter Networks
Our Cat6 4-pair UTP LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) cable is more than just a networking cable – it’s a high-performance, eco-conscious solution designed for environments where both speed and safety matter. Unlike standard PVC cables, our LSZH jacket emits minimal smoke and zero toxic halogens in case of fire, making it ideal for data centers, hospitals, schools, and public buildings where fire safety is critical.
Built with 23AWG pure copper conductors and precisely twisted pairs, this cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet, PoE/PoE+, and up to 250 MHz transmission bandwidth, ensuring stable, interference-free performance over long distances.
What sets us apart? Our cable undergoes 100% electrical performance testing, with full compliance to ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 standards. Plus, the sheath is easy to strip and marked by the meter, streamlining installation for professionals.

A1: CMP (Plenum) is mandatory for air-handling spaces (HVAC return paths) per NEC Article 800, featuring flame spread <5 feet and smoke density <0.50 optical density. LSZH (IEC 60754-1) is required for confined modular containers where toxic gas evacuation is limited—halogen acid gas emission must be <0.5% conductor weight. For hyperscale modular deployments in Europe, CPR Class B2ca-s1a,d1,a1 is legally mandated (Construction Products Regulation), offering both low flame propagation and low smoke opacity. Cloudtop's LSZH compounds achieve pH 4.3 conductivity (<10μS/mm) and light transmittance >80%, exceeding CPR Cca requirements.
A2: Outdoor modular units require -40°C to +75°C operational range (IEC 60721-3-4 class 4K4). UV-resistant PE (Polyethylene) jackets with 2% carbon black content prevent degradation from 720-hour UV exposure (ASTM G154). For direct burial applications in prefab foundations, use gel-filled loose tube fiber with IP68-rated armor (corrugated steel tape) to withstand 2000N crush load and groundwater immersion. Our desert climate installations in UAE demonstrate 15-year service life with UV-stabilized Cat6A rated CMG (Outdoor).
A3: Shielded twisted pair (STP) is recommended for modular environments due to electromagnetic interference (EMI) from high-density power distribution units (PDUs). TIA-1005-A specifies: (1) F/UTP for areas with >3V/m field strength, (2) S/FTP for parallel runs with 480V power cables <300mm separation. Shielding effectiveness must achieve >40dB coupling attenuation (IEC 61156-5). In 500+ modular projects, we've observed UTP error rates increase 300% when routed near VFD drives, while STP maintains <10⁻¹² BER (Bit Error Rate).
